There will be a time for everything.

A time for birth and a time for death. A time to plant and a time to harvest.

A time to start and a time to finish.

For many, the new year is a time of fresh beginnings.

It's a time to set goals, make resolutions and chart a new course for the year ahead.

But what about the end of the year?

What about when we reach a goal, finish a race, or complete a task?

Too often, we coast to the finish line.

We give just enough effort to get by and call it good.

We tell ourselves that it's no big deal, that we don't want to "overdo it," If we're lucky enough to reach our goals, we cheer and move on without overthinking what we could have done better.

As a result, we become unfulfilled or feel disappointed in ourselves.

We miss out on growth opportunities, which hurts us in the long run.

We should always give our best, even if the goal is not at all problematic or challenging.

It's a great way to ensure that you'll be satisfied with the result, and it will also help you build up your self-confidence and develop better work habits.

When you finish strong, you're setting the tone for the future.

You're telling yourself that you're capable of more and willing to put in the effort to get the job done.

You're also proving that you can handle whatever comes your way.

So, will you finish this year strong?
